Eminem In Talks To Buy Concert Hall From 8 Mile

Rapper Eminem is currently engaging in talks to to purchase St. Andrew's Hall, a Detroit venue owned by Live Nation which featured in his hit film 8 Mile. The Detroit Free Place have suggested that the rapper is in negotiations for an undisclosed fee.

Live Nation currently holds over 120 performance venues worldwide and as part of the agreement Eminem will be left to manage this operation whilst the day to day runnings of the club would remain under the same management.

The Shelter, the popular venue from 8 Mile forms part of the building complex, which hosts a number of up and coming hip hop and rock groups.
