Foxy Brown almost completely deaf

Ingra Marchand, more commonly known as Foxy Brown is nearly totally deaf, so her lawyers implied at court on Monday.

The New York Daily news, reported that the attorney and Brown were seen exchanging notes of paper in an attempt to better communicate irrespective of her hearing impairment.

“She’s pretty much totally deaf now,” attorney Tacopina stated. “She can’t hear me. We have to write things back and forth. Anything I have to communicate with her now has to be written. It’s dialogue, communication.”

Brown is set to have another surgery after the first didn't aid her to be able to listen well enough.

"I started breaking down in tears and screaming and I couldn't even hear myself scream,” she explained to People magazine. "I know God is working on me. I'm on a personal journey. I believe God wants to be the only voice I hear right now. I know I will be all right."

Brown, also faces a legal hearing after allegedly attacking 2 employees of a nail salon.

Despite these issues, her new album Black Roses is expected in stores 2006.
