New Orleans rap star Juvenile, has finally made it to the peak of the charts by being positioined at number 1 in the Billboard 200 album chart, with his latest album release 'Reality Check'.
The album, which sold more than 174,000 copies in its initial week, naturally also peaked the Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart.
Reality Check features the single "Rodeo," as well as collaborations with some of the latest rappers in the game, including the likes of Fat Joe, Ludacris, Bun B, Paul Wall and Mike Jones.
Many of the songs on this release are dedicated to the late Hurricane disaster and his opinions and viewpoints on what little action was taken, creating a trend for the album as a whole. The rapper lost his property and possessions in the late 2004 disaster and took the album as an opportunity to put forward his subjected views.
The album is Juvenile's seventh but his debut on Atlantic records, so it could be the journey to more success down the line.
